My work covers purchasing, finance, warehouse operations, and client services. At Dallas ISD, I led a team that delivered 20+ applications in about eight months. Earlier district work reached more than 200 sites.

Member districts send the files they already use. Sage matches their requests to the purchasing cooperative catalog and combines them into one demand forecast for vendors.

I built tools that helped staff verify deliveries before payment, reconcile cafeteria deposits, and track warehouse stock. The work also covered vendor bids, summer programs, meal reporting, and service requests across district operations.

District attorney offices
Thirteen district attorney offices developed different versions of the same case-management system. I am bringing them into one shared application while reconciling the differences in how each office works.

I built monitoring and alerts for refrigeration equipment across 70 accounts. Forecasts and daily reports help operators distinguish equipment problems from normal defrost cycles.
